Win Aquarium Tickets!!!

We are seeking photographs and/or images that are visually appealing, reflect positively on life in our School and illustrate your group’s research, your classroom and campus activities, or your work experiences. This competition is open to ALL members of our School; undergraduate majors, graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, research scientists, faculty and staff.

Submit your entries for the following categories:

   1) A day in your life at Tech
   2) Research in progress
   3) Computer generated graphics
   4) Micrographs
    5) An artist’s view of GT

You can enter as many images as you like. However, all images should be suitable for use on the School’s new web site, which is currently under development, as we would like to use some of them on the site.
After the closing date for entries (Sunday, 9/16/12), we will display them on an internally accessible web site and everybody in the School will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites. The winning image in each category will be printed and framed and, after displaying them in the School’s main office, the prints will be given to the winner. The person submitting the most popular image in each category will also receive a pair of tickets for the Georgia Aquarium. Take a fresh look at what is around you every day and consider showing your colleagues what you do, how you view the School and your artistic talents. Also, let’s find out which research group does the most eye catching work!
